Order
All Lusione orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at help@lusione.com with your order number and the correct address. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
As we work with multiple suppliers, some items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is completely normal. If you have not received a second tracking number or your item has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@lusione.com and we will look into it right away.
Shipping & Tracking
Yes! Lusione ships to every country worldwide. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD. Orders below $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking numbers are sent by email within 1–5 business days after your order is dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at help@lusione.com with your order number and we will send it to you right away.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for the tracking to be updated by the carrier.
Lusione works with trusted international carriers to ensure reliable worldwide delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@lusione.com with your order number. If the package is confirmed lost, Lusione will issue a full refund or resend your order at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Email us at help@lusione.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with your prepaid return label and full instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
To request a refund, email us at help@lusione.com with your order number and reason. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. You may also choose store credit valid for 12 months.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at help@lusione.com with your order number and the item or size you would like instead. For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
Sizing
Our full Size Guide is available in the footer of every page on our website. You can also access it directly here:Size Guide. It includes measurements in both cm and inches for clothing and shoes.
